Project |01 caracterization and evaluation of date palm byproducts

Our research activities are focused on the structure and functionalization of biopolymers with special emphasis on cellulose and lignin in date palm byproducts (Phoenix dactylifera L.) and the transformation of biopolymers to bioproducts (cellulose nanocristals, composites and inhibitors of corrosion) and their applications in remedying of environmental problems
